I saw for the first the movie "Coach Carter" on tv last night. The movie actually came out in the theaters in 2005 but I never saw it, not even when it came out on DVD. I have to say that it's a pretty good movie.When Jim first put on the movie, I wasn't too interested to watch it coz I figured it's gonna be just like any other "teacher doing good things" kinda story. At first, memang like that then as the movie progress, it started getting better. Samuel L Jackson played the main character, Coach Kent Carter who coaches a high school basketball team in California.
Anyways, if you haven't seen the movie, I would recommend it....
